Free your mind

In every day life we all face challenging times, often tough ones sometimes. These are the days when our mind is unsettled & burdened with thoughts..thoughts that block our reasoning. Reasoning to think what is right or what is wrong. For eg. if there is a problem at home or in your office or someone says something disturbing, your mind starts questioning & answering and its burdened with thoughts that are not healthy for you. And when your mind is burdened with disturbing thoughts, you can never be at peace.

So when something really bothers you, just divert your mind from that thought & keep your mind busy with what you are doing right at that moment. If you have time , then you can meditate. 'Meditation' does not mean that you have to sit in a quiet place & chant mantras. If you concentrate on whatever you are doing is also a type of meditation. If you are cooking then do that job with all your heart, if you are working on a project, do that by going to every detail & make it successful. If you are cleaning your house, see that every corner of the house is clean. Never let your mind complicate things. After a while your mind will settle down and all your worries will be gone. You will find out that it was just a matter of phase and it has passed. You can think better & whatever decisions you make will be on the right direction.

One thing most of the time bothers everyone.." What will people say?" This becomes a huge dilemma for some and affects their life condition. This is a huge mental pressure for some. Whatever they do in their life, they are always bothered with this question. But this is the biggest mistake they are making by thinking on that point. These things too make your heart & mind burdened. Never let your mind & heart burdened with wrong thoughts. It will bring unhappiness & lead you to depression .
